It has been a day full of excitement and we hope great memory making at Hook Infant School. The children have been making crowns, bunting and learning facts about HRH Queen Elizabeth II. They have enjoyed fish and chips in a traditional cone in our hall decorated with all things Jubilee.

It has been a pleasure to welcome our very own Queen to Hook Infant School to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee. Children were resplendent in their red white and blue colours, wearing crowns and waving flags with gusto. The Queen was welcomed onto the playground by The Fanfare played by Mrs Brittain. Our Queen afforded her thanks for the lovely welcome and gave every child a commemorative pin badge as a memento of this special occasion. The children then stood and proudly sang the National Anthem. The Queen departed to the cheering crowds and waving flags of excited children. I hope that you all have a lovely half term break and we look forward to seeing you refreshed and tummy bug free on Tuesday 7th June 2022.

Alternatively, you can email the school office so your questions can be directed to the correct member of staff via office@hook-inf.hants.sch.uk (this is monitored during school hours).
